To make Stone Paper, limestone is ground down to a fine powder, and then mixed with the HDPE resin, serving as a binder for the calcium carbonate. As a result, Stone Paper is a durable, water and tear resistant paper that is also soft, smooth and bright white, featuring qualities similar to a plastic film, but without having any petroleum!
